EGUSA, Jeanette Yoneko, age 95 of Centerville, passed away on May 9, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband, George and daughter, Joanne. Jeanette was born in Auburn, Washington and moved to Dayton after being released from Tule Lake Internment Camp. She was the monogrammer at Rike’s for over 20 years and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Jeanette was known by family and friends for her impeccable housekeeping and delicious pies. Thank you to the staff in Cascade at Bethany for all the loving care she received, especially her angel, Macala. Survived by daughter, Carole Garland; grandson, Jason (Tina) Garland; great grandchildren, Gillian and Andrew Garland; sister, Frances (Willard) Grangruth; sister-in-law, Lil Yamasaki; special nephews, Dick and Jeff Sagara, special nieces, Darlene and Mary Sagara; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 239 Wayne Ave., Dayton 45402. Family will receive friends Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM at Schlientz and Moore Funeral Home, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd with burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
